Do not tell the One Thing your gynecologist, you are about endometriosis

I had endometriosis experienced for years. I was in pain with him almost daily. It ruled my life. Every decision I have made regarding my career, my life, what I was doing exercise, what friends I had and what I had friend who were all affected by endometriosis.

It was a long and painful way and I went to my specialist gynecologist to get a better solution. The solution was inevitably in a pill or a tablet, but they always had unpleasant side effects. He made me feel like I was the odd one for such a sensitive system!

Only after it. Based on the use of these methods and had 7 surgeries, which began to lift the dim light I started the reality of what I was doing to my body and how these treatments were really influence me to see.

One day I was in a can gluten-free shop. I was actually just relying on the lookout for some interesting grains in my cereal. I ended up talking to the lady in the business for a while and she asked me if I was gluten free or not. I said no, I just exploring some new grains. She looked at me and told me gently that I be a candidate for gluten sensitivity in any case. I was not sure how they could explain this, just by looking at me. She said my stomach was bloated and my skin looked dry and blotchy. I explained that I had endometriosis and that this was the reason for my bloating. She suggested I try going gluten free for a period of 2 weeks and then eat a big bowl of pasta, just to see how my body reacts.

This was my first recognition that gluten was not good for my body. I had a pretty strong reaction to gluten. Headaches, bloating and fatigue took over to eat within a few minutes.

It was in this month that turn on the light, started in my head about food and its connection to my health. I had never considered my food as a source of influence on my pain with endometriosis. Maybe I did not want. It was much more fun to eat pizza, hamburgers and drinking milkshakes, as if you really think about what I really do think my body.

I eventually discovered that there are other foods that create an immediate reaction in my body and slowly started becoming more and more cut out of them and replaced them with better alternatives. It was 2 and a half years, since I went to the gluten-free shop. I do not eat dairy products, meat, sugar, processed foods or gluten and my Endometriosis pain is almost non-existent .......
