Why infertility in women

Women who had trouble conceiving for at least six months despite having unprotected sex can barren. About ten to fifteen percent of couples in the U.S. are considered infertile. This means that despite all the efforts for a year, the couple has not been able to conceive. 

There are a variety of causes of infertility. The cause may be on a single topic or a combination of problems and factors that prevent pregnancy. Fortunately, there are a variety of treatments available to improve a woman's chances of conceiving. 


In order to get pregnant for a woman, it is a complex process that occurs from ovulation to fertilization. The process must operate in accordance with, or a woman does not become pregnant. If there is a break or factor, a method of preventing the occurrence of correct infertility can result.


Causes of infertility in women There are a number of causes of infertility in women, with the most common ones:

    
Endometriosis - a condition where uterine tissue grows outside the uterus, sometimes affect other organs that are occurring in the vicinity. Other organs such as the ovaries and fallopian tubes may be affected by this disease. Endometriosis can cause problems with the function of the ovaries, sperm, ova and uterus.

    
Fibroids - benign tumors that may occur in the uterine wall in women 30-40 years old contribute to infertility. The implantation is affected by fibroids usually, but are rarely found to block the fallopian tubes.

    
Polycystic ovary syndrome, or PCOS - a condition that occurs when the body produces too much androgen hormone that interferes with ovulation. This condition is often seen in women who suffer from obesity and insulin resistance.

    
Damage to the fallopian tubes - inflammation of the fallopian tubes by sexually transmitted diseases and infections can lead to infertility in women. Chlamydia is a common cause of blockage or damage in the pipes.

    
Early menopause - Women who experience menopause before the age of 40 can from a condition known as early menopause suffer. There is no known cause for this condition when certain factors such as smoking, chemotherapy and immune system problems can come into play. 

Other possible causes of infertility in women Less common causes of infertility in women include the use of certain medications, thyroid problems, certain forms of cancer and treatments such as chemotherapy and other medical conditions occur....
