Escape - How To Turn Your Day Around with less stress

I'm on the road surface at a red light. I drove almost an hou. I have to walk about half an hour. You see, I did that several times I train a client on the day early in the morning. I'm headed back to my neighborhood of Glendale. Personal training is not always fun times. I do tons of driving to and from my clients home. I'm not complaining really as my fee includes that "travel time" in traffic. I also use this time to listen to audio books. Once I get my home base, I have a ritual of sitting quietly in my car for 10-15 minutes and take some deep abdominal breathing. I sit with my eyes closed and holding a notepad to write down next to me as I often have ideas that I want. 

Understand this - there are no instant miracles when it comes to relieve stress. Follow beat some of the tips below. 

10 minutes quiet ... If you have something on your mind, do a "brain dump" with all your ideas on paper rather than trying to keep everything in your head. 


To have a mental break through, sometimes you have to sweat t ... 

For stress relief, I love how my exercise improves mental health. Exercise daily. If I do, I use ideas so much better. There is a certain energy only increased exercise can give you. Physical activity to good for the mind. 

The endorphins you feel great. Go for a walk. Outside around your neighborhood. I sometimes go to the local park. Call from a friend and a step and make it a fun time going out socializing and exercising. 

Contribute to exercise, feel good hormones like endorphins and helps to reinforce the feelings of self-esteem. I find physical activity as the best stress reliever. It helps me clear my mind. 

By training outside you feel more refreshed. You have (most of the time), you can enjoy fresh air and nature. This lowers your stress hormones to find some studies. Where are you as far as your environment is much better for stress reduction. 

Contribute not use spousal support to keep you consistent. Research Bloomington Indiana State University study found that married couples were more consistent when they worked together. There was a study done over a year long. A major reason, one in four women experience sexual energy rise of partnership training with their spouse. Helps with a spouse and having a healthy sexual relationship relieves tension. 

Take a yoga class or do vigorous cardio (this can be a fun dance class, too) Speak for yourself ... Have frustrations? If you want to feel to swear, then swear. (Be aware of those around you) find a private room and scream. Do not hold your anger in. Punch a soft pillow or a punching bag. See something funny like a comedy show on Netflix. Read a good book or listen to an audio book that you are interested in. 

Get your headset ... Listen to good music - I like using noise-canceling headset. Lie down and listen to relaxing music or good. Wear a headset Bose quality sound. 

I hate going to the dentist. I get out when I stressed an appointment is imminent. I have to do something to calm down. I bring with me to listen to my iPod and good music when they w
ork away (I'm not a fan of drilling sounds) 

The local YMCA has a running track on the roof, which I use. I stay away from the crowds, when I use this. 

A warm bath in Epsom salt also helps. Even rubbing lotion on my body after a hot shower helps relieve stress. In conversation with a friend over the phone and get a good conversation my mind of things. 

Healing methods can help ... Massage therapy has so many benefits. Your body hormones similar to a morphine-like effects and of course reduce your blood pressure and makes a number of other advantages. 

Breathing Time ... Practicing diaphragmatic breathing. As I have already mentioned what I do when I get to the journey to the destination for sometime. This can help with stress and anxiety. It's easy to do. Extend the abdominals or lower part of the abdominal muscles and the intake of more air in this part of the lung. 10 minutes a day can do wonders. Set for a few minutes in the car before you go to your next appointment or within your home after a long day at work. 

Avoid these, so you can relax ... 

Say no stimulants. Reduce alcohol, nicotine and caffeine. 

Free your mind and escape. Increase your energy waves with deep breathing in deeply through the abdomen. 

Drinking chamomile tea in the evening. Doing some relaxing yoga exercises such as child and corpse pose or just sit in a quiet room with your eyes closed before bedtime. 

Cleaning out junk mail (old telephone books, magazines, etc.) Cabinets (old plastic storage containers), old medicine. 

On the computer or game console ... Playing video games, draw or scribble on paper. I could not call the creation of art, but it sure is fun. Make sure when you play with friends, say, a basketball game, do not take it seriously and have fun. The mop can be your friend ... 

Cooking for the family. But you avoid eating as a way to release stress. I clean house. I organize the closets, clean the floor, vacuum, wash the dishes. No waiting is necessary ... 

Do not wait for machinery. What is your backup plan? Do you know how to change the exercises you do for each body part? Well, you should. This is important for avoiding the stress of waiting for the equipment in the gym. Why wait for a specific machine? Do some research and read up on other alternative exercise movement so that you can cut and waste no time when the gym is crowded. 

Run for fun with your dog ... Dog walking or running, you choose. Have fun with your pet. Take your dog for a run, jog or brisk walk. Dogs are partners for an exercise. You want to ease tensions when you exercise, do not add. Read a book about positive or tape audio book while crossing Give yourself 5 minutes. Instead of hitting the showers immediately after exercise, keep your training earlier and find a quiet place, very still and quiet for 10 minutes. I suggest finding a place outdoors. Sit back and relax then you are dressed and clean. Find variety of exercise outlets. Cycling, hiking, inline-skating or to a charity run. Sign up for mud run, 5K, playing basketball with your friend. Plan your snacks ... If you are hungry or you need a snack, something healthy and ready for you to eat. Instead of peanuts, try eating soy nuts. Instead of a candy bar, try chocolate fruit dip (banana dipped in chocolate fudge). Instead of pretzels, try air popcorn. Instead of ice cream, try in a blender smoothie. Instead of You see a lot of tips here. Choose a few and take action this week. You need to action what you feel works best for you....
