Finding A Support Group

I was on a day retreat this weekend. It was a wonderful experience that I did lovingly set for me my perspectives back in order and to go home with some little peace for my family. It took place in a yacht club. The surroundings were beautiful. Water sprayed out before us. The sun shone down on us, and there was a light breeze that keeps us cool licked us. The fresh country air was free of smog and fumes. All in all it was a beautiful day.

I went with some friends and met friends at the yacht club I is not seen in a long time have. There were people I did not know. We had breakout groups. I went to two on trust and not let our emotions run us. In groups we discussed this subject. I knew that everyone there knew what I had experienced, and I knew what they experienced. We expressed our experience, strength and hope. We talked about our feelings, but we did not need to hold on to pet them and to talk to them like that. We could talk to them and let them go.

This group is a special group, as there is unconditional positive regard. It does not offer solutions or suggestions. It helps you with solutions on their own. How many of us say we have a group that offers this up? There's no gossip. Whatever you say is within the boundaries of the group. We all need this. Can you of our family? You can use this to our friends? Can you by your colleagues at work? You can do it from your church group? You can do this from a 12-step program? Only you know the answer. Whatever your support, I hope it can give you unconditional positive regard.

I know when the day was over, there was a serenity that came over me and I thought that everyone should plan a retreat into their lives, to rejuvenate yourself. It is important in self-care for your health and the health of your family. I recommend it for everyone, whether male or female. It is a wonderful experience. There is a spirituality about the fact that you cleanse.

In the line of work I do, I give unconditional positive regard and customer trust me their deepest secrets, fears and joys. But without my group, I would not be able to take on my clients in a healthy way.

Some people do not feel comfortable speaking their thoughts with others. There is no one to trust or not they feel their emotions in public should be shared. However, our feelings can contact us in and out to eat if we do not share it with someone else. In confidence, you need to ask to respect this person. If you have respect for this person, you can trust your gut feeling and common just a little and see where it goes. Then you can rely a little more and know if this is a respectable person.

If you do not have a support group that gives you unconditional positive regard and who accepts you for who you are, without judgment, I encourage you to find one. It will not only give you peace, but it will keep you healthier in more ways than one. You experience something you have never felt in your life....
