I went from only 5.5 inches long, very well Hung - Here is an outline of the program that I used!

I went from a humiliating penis size well below the average for adult males at 5.5 inches long and not even a full 5 inches around is convenient was above average - around average is about 6.5 cm long and 5 cm. I went from an embarrassment in the bedroom due to my lack of size is a size that someone classified as "well hung." I do not have it with surgery, drugs and other nefarious and unproven (and unsafe) methods. I have a bigger penis with just my hands, and following the same steps I followed (see below), you can too! 

Step One: Preheat your penis! This is crucial. The way I always did, it was to stand in the bathtub, turn the faucet on hot, wet a washcloth and wrap it around my penis for about five minutes.  

Usually once or twice during those 5 minutes, I would wet the washcloth again, as it would start to cool off. You want your penis to warm radiant heat at the end of your 5 minutes. Do not burn the poor guy or anything, but get it nice and hot! There are a few other ways you can do it, but I pulled the washcloth. The other options are to use a hot rice sock that you use warm in the microwave or a heating pad. The heating pad is much easier because you can just lay in bed and cover your penis with him, but I did not find it so good for me and when I am done warming, it was not so "clumsy" or "fat" as it if I use the washcloth was. 

Second step: Make your length exercises. I did this while standing in the bathroom. I have a series of exercises, traction on the ligaments aligned in my penis shaft on all sides from all directions. I also stretching exercises that put traction on the base of my penis and even the shaft of my penis, I can not see because it is hidden by the fat pad above my pubic bone. The advantage of putting traction even on this "invisible" part of the penis is that if I renew a part of this length to make the "coax" of "hiding" and usable penis length! All in all, this part of the workout should take about five minutes. 

Step Three: Do your scale exercises. Immediately when I finish my length exercises, I would sit down on the toilet with the lid down, Vaseline, my penis (which, at least for me, my length exercises would result in about 40-50% erect) and a partial erection, I would my girth exercises. The purpose of the exercises is to force peripheral blood gently into the shaft of the penis by "milking" and cause the chambers in your penis shaft to expand the blood during erection to keep, which, of course, in a thicker, thicker erection the result is more satisfying to women. This should take about five minutes. 

Step Four: "Cool down" - by heating your penis again! Yes, it sounds contradictory, but after you finish your exercises, you have the exact process you have to repeat to warm up. Thus, the blood flow to your penis will increase, keep your hot bands, and start the healing and growth process. 

Two days on, a day is ideal for manual penis enlargement routine. Hand exercises let me see, is my first length and girth gains within two weeks, and all the size that I won, was permanent!...
