Lately it seems bursting with life transition and change. Clients, friends and colleagues have to share me with stories about moving households or countries, preparing for a new baby or "start" a an overgrown; relationships begin, end relationships, and school buses full of back-to-school energy. When I look at the ruby red leaves of the Sylvia Hotel, there is no doubt this is a time of transition and change.
The necessity of change and transition We can consider situational to be changing his ("what") and its transition to a psychological process (the "how") accompanying changes.
Really, we are no strangers to the transition and transformation - Nature is in a constant evolutionary shift. However, this does not necessarily mean it is easy. Transition can be a very challenging place when we ignore the importance of this process and its impact on our own evolution.

• intentionally or unintentionally / voluntary or involuntary

• Personal vs. social or cultural

Other factors that change are our unique personal attributes (routine lovers against the spontaneous), our perceptions (fear or based on the present moment), and our history with previous transitions (previous management and support available).
Coping Well With Transition No grips transition in the same manner. It is a unique process, and while one person may be minimally affected by a transition or change, another person may be profoundly influenced by the same experience.
It is important to understand our unique needs and have some healthy ways to manage the transition. This enables us to live fully and meaning of everything that happens in our lives. Can also be considered very positive transitions shift our energy, balance and stress (remember that there is such a thing as a positive or eustress as well)
Tips for Managing Transitions 1 Recognize that you are in transition and in which phase of the transition might have. Metaphorically-speaking, you put it in the middle of your bags and say your goodbye (ending stage), "in-flight" somewhere over the ocean (neutral level), or have you already landed and started looking up translation phrases (new beginning) ? Each of these stages has skipped a different set of requirements and any stage. 2 Avoid relying on too many changes at once. Identify what is not changing and remains stable under the transition. If it turns out, nothing is stable, creating a sort of routine in the day (such as drinking your favorite cup of tea in the morning), or give themselves a kind of transition object and / or steady support person (eg remember the Charlie Brown character "Linus" that consistently falls back on his trusty blanket?)
3 Ask yourself how you handled the transition in the past. Were you satisfied with how it was handled? Think of a time when you with such a transition went and think about what was helpful to you then rejoiced. If you are unfamiliar with how it was to think about what more / less needed and use this information to your advantage now.
4 Take an energy inventory. Consider how much of your energy is in the present, "Unfinished Business", the prognosis of the unpredictable future be used to avoid or distract yourself from what has happened in the past or is linked to the fight against Transition focuses on the adoption of the transition focused or engaged in self-care? Where do you want to focus more of your energy? What you need to do to make this happen?
5 Check your perceptions. Keep track of your thoughts and perceptions to know, you do not necessarily have to get these thoughts / perceptions "in buying". 6 Give yourself time to grieve any losses. Loss, in any form, is pretty much synonymous with change, but not necessarily synonymous with "negative" with. Where would a snake be if they did not have the chance to shed their skin bears? In an effort to move forward, we often do not allow us to mourn our losses - if there is a loss of something external (eg, a popular hang-out) or an internal loss of part of ourselves (eg a specific aspect our youth themselves). Energy can get stuck in old losses and make progress feel like moving through quick sand.
7 Build in time for reflection. To make meaning in and through our lives, we need time and space to do so. Taking account of this process is how we evolve.
8 Engage in regular self-care. Forget waiting for the trip to Hawaii to engage in self-care - do it now! The smaller steps (eg relaxation, your favorite tune) - the greater the chances that you will actually do it and enjoy it! Most importantly, your wishes baseline - a good night's sleep, a healthy diet (food), and adequate physical activity.
9 Make room for teeter-tottering emotions. Feeling elated by the change in a minute and in tears the next regretted it? This is quite common during the transition and often is simply that back-and-forth we have while we are in the process of adjusting to do. Give him (and yourself) to make some time for it and some room for error.
10th Celebrate and commemorate the closure. What is the life when we celebrate and never place marker for where we've been? Perhaps there is a special ritual to mark this chapter in your life continuous history. You can, how much life you have to be surprised actually lived.
